We search continuously for new items to add to our collection and operate a policy of constant improvement. Items therefore, may change over time or have small variations in detail, from those shown on our website.
PLEASE NOTE OUR FOLLOWING 7-DAY RETURN POLICY APPLIES TO ORDERS SHIPPED TO ADDRESSES WITHIN THE EUROPEAN UNION.
WE REGRET WE ARE NOT ABLE TO ACCEPT RETURN OF GARMENTS FROM COUNTRIES OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION. IN THE EVENT THAT ITEMS ARE RETURNED, ANY UNEXPECTED CUSTOMS CLEARANCE CHARGES OR IMPORT DUTIES SHALL BE RECOUPED FROM THE CLIENT'S CREDIT CARD WITH WHICH THE ORIGINAL PAYMENT WAS MADE, OR DEDUCTED FROM ANY EVENTUAL REFUND (IF AGREED AND MADE).
7-DAY REFUND POLICY:
We would like you to be happy and satisfied with your purchases.
If after receiving your order you feel you cannot use any item for any reason whatsoever, just return it unused and in its original state, within seven working days of receipt, and we shall be pleased to exchange the item or refund the price of the returned item.
If you wish to make a return, please e-mail to us to let us know. We shall then e-mail back a "RETURNS FORM" which should be sent back together with the garment so that it can be properly and easily identified.
We strongly recommend that all returns are sent back by a 'recorded' postal method, as we would not be able to accept responsibility for any loss without proof of safe delivery to our address.
If a garment is returned used, damaged or processed in any way, or returned after expiry of the 7-day return period, it may be rejected by us and in that case we shall have to require payment of our standard shipping charge to return the rejected garment to the client, and their credit card will be charged the appropriate amount. We reserve the right to reject any returned garment if in our opinion it's condition is not acceptable. By ordering an item from Lilychoo.com, we shall assume that the customer has read our conditions and agrees to abide by them.
All orders are dispatched by secure service such as Royal Mail Special or Recorded Delivery etc. To countries other than the U.K., we ship by Recorded Air Mail.
In all cases, signature of receipient is required on delivery.
Our shipping (carriage and packing) charge is a flat rate of just £5.95 per order irrespective of quantity and applies to any country.
Although we must ask you to allow up to 28 days for receipt of your order, our usual dispatch time is about 5-8 working days, provided that the item chosen is in stock. The Postal Service in the UK is extremely efficient and items are normally received within a few days of posting.
We make every effort to process orders as quickly as possible. As postal/delivery services are beyond our control, we regret delivery times cannot be guaranteed.
We regret we can not process conditional orders.
Your order over the internet is automatically passed to us by the 'SSL' secure system. The ' padlock' symbol appears when confidential details are being transmitted on ordering an item. This method has been satisfactory and we have no knowledge of any order being intercepted or misrouted.
Although any information we have in our possession such as clients' name, address, credit or debit card number and other details will be held safe and secure to the best of our ability, we will not be held responsible for any loss of such information en route - i.e. prior to our receipt of such information - or whilst in our possession.
Orders and clients details may be filed electronically and/or on hard copy conventional files. They will remain strictly confidential within our group of Companies and WE WILL NOT PASS THEM ON TO ANY OTHER, UNASSOCIATED, COMMERCIAL ORGANISATION.
IMPORT CUSTOMS DUTIES OR RESTRICTIONS
Our shipping charge covers shipment - normally by post - from our warehouse in the U.K. up to your delivery address. As various Countries have differing import regulations, please note that any import duties or restrictions imposed by the Customs of your Country, or any "customs clearance charges" imposed by your country's postal authorities or by the delivering Courier Company, is the responsibility of the receipient.
You may cancel your order at any time so long as it has not already been dispatched. Just e-mail to us requesting cancellation and make sure you quote the order reference number. This number is shown on the copy of your order, which will have been e-mailed to you when you placed your order.
When we receive your cancellation e-mail, we will cancel your order and confirm to you accordingly, as long as your order has not already been dispatched.
If goods have already been dispatched, we regret the cancellation would not be acceptable as we cannot re-call shipments. You can of course return the goods after receipt for refund.
